Returns & Exchanges


We offer free returns and free exchanges within 45 days of your original order date. Returned shoes must be unworn and include all original box contents and packaging. Returns that do not include the original box and packaging will incur a $30 re-stocking fee. 

We ask that you try on our shoes for fit in a carpeted area, and do not undertake an extended walking test. We cannot re-sell shoes that are not in like-new condition. Shoes that have creases, scratches or scuffed soles are not eligible for return. 

Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.


Return shipping is free. Please email with the subject line Return Request to receive a return label. You must attach a photo of the top of the shoes to your email, showing that they are unworn and meet the conditions for return. 

We will respond to return requests as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed after it is received by our warehouse.

If your return is accepted, we will refund your original method of payment and you will receive a notification email. We will let you know if your return does not meet our policy.


If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, please place a new order at your convenience and follow the instructions above to return the previous pair.
